Friday Fill-Ins: 29 May 2009

Janet is the Host of Friday Fill Ins. My responses are in green. we go!

1. It's cold and I am curled up in bed with a book and a hot chocolate.

2. Fuzzy Wuzzy Bear made sure the string across the front door was tight, and that the outdoor light bulb was unscrewed. He stepped back and admired his work smiling a happy smile. When Fluffy Duffy Duck walked through the door, she would trip on the string and fall flat onto the floor packed full of rotten tomatoes.

3. My favorite health and beauty product is anything from the Bodyshop.

4. As long as I dont have to drive then any road trip is a nice long ride.

5. Well, first of all never ever put a poppa juice in the microwave. Unless you want to see a mini lightening bolt up close (and you do not want to know how I know this).

6. Vampires, werewolves, and aliens; those were the cast of characters in a recent dream and it was another reason why I should not read supernatural books and watch spooky shows before bed .

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to pizza night, tomorrow my plans include visiting garden nursuries and Sunday, I want to catch up on reading.

  1. Absolutely LOVE your fill-in for 2. That's some imagination!! LOL

  2. Thanks. It was nice and therapeutic to write after a stressful week at work.

  3. I agree with #1 and #3! #6, you have a good imagination. I dream just about every night and they are not always nice ones, lol.

  4. Funneeeeeee! Oh, but I do want to know how you know!

Have a great weekend. We're warming up here in the northern hemi.

  5. i love bodyshop too! but some products are too expensive but worth it.

  6. I think Fuzzy Wuzzy and Fluffy Duffy are better than Itchy and Scratchy :)

  7. #1 actually sounds lovely :)

    Have a great weekend!

  8. It's cold here in Michigan tonight too!! I love your Fluffy Duck and Fuzzy Bear stories..very clever!! Hope you get to read tomorrow!!

  9. Yay! Fluffy and Fuzzy are here again! It's always nice to hear how they're doing. So sorry your week was stressful but I hope you're getting a chance to relax and read this weekend. In your honor I took some photos of my wonderful hammock. I'll have to get them posted soon. You need a hammock! :)

    (I loved the Hunger Games!)

  10. Ooo! I love your idea of what to do when it's cold. :-) And I love your response to #2. LOL I think the last book that managed to get into my dream was the one I read about Sierra Leone. I kept driving from checkpoint to checkpoint to checkpoint. I hope you had a great weekend. Hubby and I had a pizza night last night. :-)
