Tuesday Teaser: 17 February 2009

"It goes by many names: "The Crisis," "The Dark Years," "The Walking Plague," as well as newer and more "hip" titles such as "World War Z" or " Z War One". I personally dislike this last moniker as it implies an inevitable "Z War Two". For me, it will always be "The Zombie War," and while many may protest the scientific accuracy of the word zombie, they will be hard-pressed to discover a more globally accepted term for the creatures that almost caused out extinction. "

    So far it has been interesting. The story is told as a series of interviews from survivors. I am really enjoying this way of presenting a horror story.

    I've seen this in stores and have his book The Zombie Survival Guide (or something like that) might have to check this one out too. Great teaser.

    Oh, thanks for sharing this teaser! This has been on my TBR list (and I'm thinking I'll need a separate list one day for all the zombie reads I need to be doing).

    Have you heard of Zombie Haiku, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and Patient Zero?

    Sorry...zombies make me excited!
